May 31- Proof of Insurance- Email or mail a copy of your Certificate of Insurance to Property Management
May 31- AC Maintenance– Email or mail a copy of your receipt to Property Management showing that you had your AC Unit serviced. Servicing must include cleaning the condensate line.
June 30- Dryer Duct Cleaning– Email or mail a copy of your receipt to Evan Strianese – Property Management showing that you had your Dryer Vent Cleaned.
September 30- Chimney Inspection – Email or mail a copy of your receipt to Property Management showing that you had your Gas Fireplace Chimney Inspected. If you do not have a fireplace or do not use or plan to use it – email or mail a note to that effect to Property Management.
