Trash

Vanderbilt Circle Trash

Trash is collected at a common trash area next to 10009 Vanderbilt Circle. See map for Location

Most trash should be placed in the compactor on the side of the enclosure by 100o9. Recycled and scrap metal items are put in the fenced area on the side across from 10012.

Diamond Cove Terrace Trash

Trash is collected at a common trash area next to 15302 Diamond Cove Terrace. See map for Location

Most trash should be placed in the compactor on the side of the enclosure by 15305. Recycled and scrap metal items are put in the fenced area on the side across from 15302.

Parking

Parking on Diamond Cove Terrace is not assigned and permits are not required.

Parking Vanderbilt Circle is assigned and permits are required.  Complete the parking permit form to request a permit.

Amenties

The Decoverly Community Association serves members of Decoverly I, Decoverly III, Decoverly IV Townhouses, Decoverly IV Condominiums, and Key West Condominiums. The primary role is to administer the pool located at 10000 Vanderbilt Circle. They also take care of the tennis courts across from 10024 Vanderbilt Circle, the Dog Park along Diamondback Drive, and signs and monuments at the entrances.
