Budget Adopted & 2019 Condo Dues

The Decoverly IV Condominium 2019 Annual Budget, which was adopted at the November 19^th meeting, will maintain the current condominium fee of $330 per unit per month.

Payment coupons for 2019 and return envelopes will be forwarded by mail for those owners who pay by check, prior to the first of the New Year.
