Billing & Payment Instructions
Get Your Bill by Email
Homeowners can sign up to receive the billing statement via email instead of a paper bill through USPS by emailing a request to the Abaris Realty, Inc. billing department at billingdept@abarisrealty.com.
Ensure that your email submission includes the property address as well as the email address to be used for e-billing.
The automated electronic billing statement will be sent from the email address abaris-e-bill@abarisrealty.com by a third-party bill processor.
This automated email address is not monitored by the Abaris team so any billing related inquiries should continue to be directed to billingdept@abarisrealty.com.
Payment Instructions
For all billing inquiries including obtaining your 8-digit account number to register on ClickPay and e-billing sign up, please email our Billing Department at billingdept@abarisrealty.com
Pay Online by Credit/Debit Card & e-Check (ACH)
Assessments can be paid online via automatic recurring or one-time payments by e-check or debit/credit card through our online payment portal powered by ClickPay. To sign up, please visit our online payment portal and create your account using the 8-digit account number found on your statement.
Note: A $25 non-sufficient funds fee will be assessed to your property account for returned payment. Please note that e-check/ACH (routing and bank account numbers) is free, while payment by credit card has a 2.95% process fee and payment by debit card has a $9.95 per transaction processing fee. Payments submitted through e-check/ACH will be posted to your account the next business day, while payments submitted through credit/debit cards can take up to 5 business days to post.
Your Bank’s Online Bill Pay
If you prefer to use your own bank’s online bill pay to process a payment, please make sure to include your property name and 8-digit account number found on your statement, under the reference line and please send the check to:

Pay by Paper Check
If you prefer to mail in your check, please mail your payments to the address listed below. Checks should be made payable to the association name listed on your statement. Include the remittance slip with your payments and make sure to include the 8-digit account number found on your statement in the notes section of your check.
